How quickly can my service be set-up?
Answer: Services can be set-up within 24 hours once the completed application forms, identification documents and payment have been received.
What is the contract length?
Answer: The Virtual Office® offers a one month rolling contract as standard on all virtual and office contracts. This means that you only have to give one calendar months notice with your service ending at month end and ensures you are always in control of your business and cash flow. Notice must be given in writing by mail or e-mail. Longer contracts are available on request.
How much deposit do you require?
Answer: We require 1 month despoit for any of the services you choose.
Am I able to come in to view the premises?
Answer: Yes of course – we encourage you to visit us to view our serviced Offices and facilities. Just give us a call on 0121 2440420or fill in the contact us form to arrange to a viewing.
Can I use this address as my registered office?
Answer: Yes you can.
Why do you need so much documentation to sign up?
Answer: Compliance with Legislation outlined by Trading Standards & the police requires all companies that use business address services to provide certified documentation. This includes:
- A copy of the company registration certificate in the business name.
- Proof of identity such as passport, driving licence, National Identity card
- Proof of address where both name and address need to be visible such as an original utility bill clearly identifying the signatory, mortgage/bank/building society statement (bills and statements must be dated in the last 3 months).
