If a booking is cancelled 2 days before the day of the meeting, there will be no charge. If cancelled the day preceding the meeting, you will be liable for 50% of the total booking fees and if cancelled on the day of the meeting or you fail to use the booking, you will be liable for 100% of the total booking fees and the costs of any pre booked equipment or consumables.
With meeting room bookings we require payment in advance. Once this payment has been received the booking can be confirmed.
