The Bradford Court Business Centre offer 3 Years contract with only 12 months minimum, means you are not tied in for long periods & have the ability to expand or contract according to your changing needs.
1. Deposit is 1 month’s Rent.
2. One month rent in advance.
3. Rent is payable on the 1st of every month by standing order.
4. Only 3 months notice to exit after the 1st anniversary.
We provide the ideal central Birmingham home to both new and established businesses wanting to keep their overheads to a minimum, with no long-term commitments.
Services can be set-up within 24 hours once the completed application forms, identification documents and payment have been received.
Bradford Court Business Centre offers a 3 years contract with only 12 months minimum as standard on all Serviced office contracts to ensure you are still in control of your business and cash flow. This also allows you to move services as your business expands or your needs change.
